WINDOWS an SHINGLES

Antonio bought an old building located in front of famous Dolores park, he didn’t want to settle for nothing else other than a complete redesign of the exterior of the house, new Anderson windows were installed and stained shingle was the preferred finish, Antonio’s favorite color was brown and we’ve created a finished product with over fifteen shades of brown.

Roofing and SeALING

Liza has a true San Francisco home, this beautiful building was not in it’s best shape when we discovered dry rot and cracks all over exterior siding and stucco, reason for this was a combination of a bad paint job and leaky roof. Roof was replaced with bitumen torch down and entire exterior was sealed with polyurethane, worked to perfection, primed and painted using Liza’s own four color configuration.

Flooring

Chris wanted to open up some walls and do a full remodel but at the same time his goal was to keep the San Francisco soul of the house, original flooring was completely refinished, original French doors were stripped and stained to match the flooring, plaster was replaced with sound insulating drywall and entire place was painted.

HEATED FLOORING

Melissa’s bathroom was a challenge from day one, entire tear down of old bathroom showed major problems with flooring studs and structural reinforcement. Soon enough, custom floating cabinetry with heated flooring and LED lighting were installed, entire bathroom is thermally insulated from floor to ceiling. Walls are soundproofed; custom shower pan and Grohe thermostatic system are installed.

WITH CUSTOM SHOWER

Steve’s bathroom remodel started as a complete tear down, custom made, floating wooden cabinets were installed with low voltage LED lighting projecting onto a heated marble flooring. Custom made shower glass was complimented by a complete Grohe thermostatic system.

KITCHEN CABINETS

Anton was one of those customers where every little detail had to be just right, his kitchen remodel started with bare studs, full thermal insulation with rigid insulation and ceiling mounted led lighting, heated tiled flooring, custom made concrete countertops and Ikea kitchen cabinets. We tried to use every corner of the kitchen and made a custom bench with storage for dining room.

COMPLEX LAYOUT

This kitchen remodel was fast, affordable and very efficient, Jen and Chris were trying to sell the house fast and the only piece of puzzle was the kitchen, we helped them completely remodel the kitchen quickly and efficiently. This project took only fifteen days and was really fun.
